1. 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original premium packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, simply open the Naari Vastra App, go to 'My Orders', select the product, and click on 'Return'. Our secure logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your address within 24–48 hours.
3. Refunds Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5–7 working days.
- COD Orders: The refund will be processed via bank transfer or App wallet link provided by you during the return request setup.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as custom-stitched products, altered apparel, or specific intimates/loungewear items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are defective upon delivery.
